Our Hopscotch Cheddar is truly one of kind, named after the "hops" present in the beer we use to create this unique cheese. To give this cheese its originality we rinse the curds in an award winning dark scotch ale beer made by Devil's Canyon Brewing Company located in San Carlos, CA. We then mold the cheese into 40-pound blocks and age, allowing for the unique flavor profile to emerge.
Keep refrigerated Vacuum-sealed package may be stored for up to one year.
Once opened, tightly wrap the remaining cheese and store in an airtight bag up to 30 days.
