40 Strips Bacon or Pancetta
½ cup Teriyaki Glaze
40 extra large shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
8oz. Fiscalini Horsefeathers Cheddar Spread
1. Place bacon strips in single layer on large broiler pan (to catch drippings); brush lightly with glaze.
2. Bake 10 minutes at 325. Remove and Cool.
3. Slit backs of shrimp and fill center with Horsefeathers spread. Chill. Wrap shrimp with bacon and secure with toothpicks. (Can be refrigerated for several hours).
4. Preheat broiler and place shrimp on pan, cooking 1 minute on each side. Cool briefly and serve on small lettuce or spinach leaves (to catch the juices).
