Our family has been producing milk on our farm since 1914. Four generations later we are still family-owned and operated. We are proud to honor the cheese making traditions of the Fiscalini family, which date back to the early 1700’s in the Alps of Switzerland. Today, the farm started by our great-grandfather and the cheese making plant started by our father, support 30 employee families.
